Strawberry, Banana & Almond Smoothie

This amazing Strawberry, Banana & Almond Smoothie I found at and I love it. Try adding a smoothie to your daily morning routine, it’ll leave you feeling much better than almost anything else. I hope you like it.

Serves 2
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flax meal


  • Simply place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie a little less thick then add more almond milk. Pour, drink, enjoy.
