Ingredients:
Serves 2
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups of strawberries
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax meal
Directions:
- Simply place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie a little less thick then add more almond milk. Pour, drink, enjoy.
