Ingredients
- 2 avocados, flesh only
- 3 large cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 - 2 tablespoons coriander
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Mash avocado with the back of a spoon, mix in tomatoes, red onion and coriander. Then add juice of 1/2 lime, salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve with toasted pita bread, cut into strips.
