It is a great way to diversify loved all of us the curd cakes – add to it a crunchy chocolate note. Every sweet tooth will appreciate this tasty pie.


• Butter – 95 g
• Eggs – 4 pcs.
• Wheat flour – 150 g
• Cottage cheese – 500 g
• Cocoa powder – 125 g
• Sugar – 90 g
• Brown sugar – 40 g
• Soda – 5 g


  • Freeze the butter. Mix cottage cheese, eggs and sugar until smooth. Grind a frozen butter with the flour into gravel.
  • Add 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda to the flour, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons with a slide of cocoa. Mix cold spoon to distribute cocoa.
  • Then grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with cocoa.
  • Put into a baking dish half of crumbs, and then pour all the stuffing on the top and the remaining half of crumbs plsce on the top of filling. Distribute all sections carefully, without pressing, because the filling is very tender and little dry. Place it in a preheated 190C oven for 45-50 minutes.
  • Finally you can decorate your pie with some bright berries, maybe strawberries, and a sprig of mint. Also you can decorate it with the icing sugar.
