The taste of sweet potato resembles both pumpkin and frostbitten potatoes, that’s why bright flavors it is good complement for that. In this recipe, baked sweet potatoes combined with spicy cream cheese and strips of zucchini.
Ingredients :
• Yam – 800 g
• Rosemary sprigs – 2 pcs.
• Garlic cloves – 1 pc.
• Green onions – 10 g
• Olive oil – 30 ml
• Cheese Cream– 200 g
• Salt – 1/2 tsp.
• Zucchini – 300 g
Directions:
- Wash yam tubers with a brush; dry them. Do not scrape off the peel. Then cut it crosswise slices 1-2 cm thick. Arrange the circles on a baking sheet, greased or paper-covered baking dish in one layer. Pour a little olive oil and place rosemary. This will give a flavor. Place it in a preheated 200C oven for 20-25 minutes.
- While the sweet potato baked, make cream cheese. To do this, grind finely chopped garlic with salt until smooth. Add the cheese and chopped green onions. Mix it well.
- Slice zucchini wide thin strips and lightly fry until it become tender.
- Ready sweet potatoes should be tender.
- Place lettuce, sweet potato circle, then zucchini, then another one or two yam slices on a wide plate. Decorate to the top with a ball of cream cheese and serve.
