A wonderful vegetarian recipe of delicious potatoes with a minimum of grease and effort. Sauce perfectly complements the potato. Choose tubers of medium size.
Ingredients:
• Potatoes – 1000 g
• Onions – 50 g
• Avocado – 1 pc.
• Limes – 1/2 pc.
• Chili powder – 1/4 tsp.
• Salt – 1/4 tsp.
• Vegetable oil – 40 ml
Directions:
- Wash potato tubers with a brush. Cover with water, salt and cook for 10 minutes of the boil (until tender). Then drain the water.
- Avocado cut into two parts, removes the pit, peel and coarsely chop. Do not peel it in advance, otherwise it turns black.
- Chop avocado in a blender with half of the onions until smooth. Add the juice of half a lime, salt and pepper and blend it again.
- Place the foil on the tray. Slightly cooled potatoes cut into 4-8 slices along depending on the size, spread on a tray. Sprinkle with oil, chopped dill and salt.
- Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with avocado sauce. Instead you can take the cream sauce or cheese sauce.
